Returns (U.S. Customers)

  • You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If item has been used and/or is no longer in the original packaging, you may be required to provide additional details for approval.

  • To start a return, use our self-service returns portal (linked above) – please have your order number ready.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our "Checkouts+" unlimited returns options was offered and accepted at checked, or if the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective item).

  • Items tagged as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Refunds (U.S. Customers)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges (U.S. Customers)

  • Need a different size, color, or item? Contact us and we’ll help you with an exchange, if stock is available.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be final sale and cannot be returned. They will be labeled as such.

International Customers
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for international customers due to excessive shipping costs. Please contact us for other options.
