Our satisfaction guarantee is simple: if you feel that our socks are not meeting the expectations we have set, then please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Similarly, our unlimited lifetime warranty covers damage or failure beyond 30 days, allowing you to submit for a free replacement at any time.
We trust our customers not to abuse this policy, and any claims made in good faith will be approved.
What is Covered by the Warranty
The short answer..? Everything:
- Spotted a manufacturing defect that our QC missed? We'll replace it.
- Notice some premature wear and tear? Ride them out as long as you want, then have a fresh pair on us.
- Puppy got ahold of them? Knit them into a chew toy, get a free replacement and hide it little higher.
- Skimmed over (or ignored completely) our care instructions and ruined them yourself? We'll give you a do-over.

Is Anything NOT Covered by the Warranty..?
Nope. As long as you have the original pair of socks on hand (or foot) we'll take care of you.
How to Make the Socks Last Forever
While our socks are tough, they’re not indestructible. If you really want to maximize their lifespan, whether it be before or after a warranty claim, we recommend the following:
- Avoid alterations or modifications (dyeing, cutting, sewing, etc.)
- Avoid using the socks for unintended purposes (such as using them as a sack, rag, tie-down, or any other creative use not related to wearing them on your feet)
- Follow our proper care guidelines
- This may be obvious, but avoid walking outdoors or on hard surfaces in them without shoes on.
Do those things and you'll be amazed at how much life you'll get out of a pair of Fiber & Ore socks!
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To keep things simple and fair, all warranty claims must be submitted through our online Warranty Claim Form. You’ll need to:
- Log in to the customer portal (you may need your email and/or order number)
- Answer a few questions about your claim
- Upload a clear photo of the issue
- Be ready to return the socks, if requested
If your claim is approved, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your purchased pair, to be used on our website for a replacement.

Warranty Replacement Policy
Our warranty covers the original owner against damage or wear and tear for the life of the product. Items received as a replacement under a warranty claim may also be eligible for a subsequent warranty claim, so long as the reason is justifiable and the claim is made in good faith.
How do I Get a Replacement?
Simply fill out the necessary information in our warranty claim portal (see "How to Make a Warranty Claim" above) and you will be given a store credit in the amount of your original purchase, to be used on our website for your replacement.
"Lifetime of the Product" Definition
The lifetime of the product refers to a reasonable lifetime of a pair of premium socks. We chose not to limit it to a specific number of days or years because the lifetime can vary greatly depending on how frequently they are worn, the activities performed in them, the wash/dry cycles and methods, the types and fit of footwear they are paired with, etc. If the socks are used and cared for as directed and washed every 1 to 2 weeks, you should enjoy several years of use from them. If they are used less frequently and only washed every 1 to 2 months, you should see a significantly longer lifetime. Our team will make every effort to honor all reasonable warranty claims over the life of the product.
Claim Eligibility Determination
A valid proof of purchase is required to submit any warranty claim – this is typically done digitally through our claims portal with your email address and/or order number. Claims made without verifiable order information may not be approved.
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Fiber & Ore. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the warranty criteria or that we believe to be submitted in bad faith.
Other Policies
Fiber & Ore reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time, without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your original purchase will apply to your product.
If the product you originally purchased is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit at our discretion.
