Perpetual · unlimited use
Grant of rights
- 2.1Grant. You grant Fiber & Ore LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, and caption any photo, video, or written content you create featuring the products or collaboration described above (the “Content”) — whether you created it before or after signing this release — in connection with marketing and selling Fiber & Ore products.
- 2.2Channels. This covers paid advertising (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon), our organic social accounts, our website and email marketing, and product packaging.
- 2.3Term. This grant is perpetual — it doesn’t expire and doesn’t need to be renewed.
- 2.4Compensation. Any payment or product for this collaboration is handled separately — this release doesn’t itself create a payment obligation.
- 2.5Your promise. You created (or will create) the Content, hold the rights to license it, and using it won’t infringe anyone else’s rights — including music, other people who appear in it, or third-party trademarks.
- 2.6Credit. We’ll credit your handle where practical, but the license doesn’t depend on credit being given.
- 2.7No exclusivity. This isn’t an exclusivity agreement — you’re free to work with other brands.
